Da Costa Baby Sprinkle

What is a Baby Sprinkle? 

A baby sprinkle is a discreet way to welcome a second, third or fourth shower. 

Include older siblings in a baby sprinkle; consider making the big brother 

or big sister part of the focus.

The Da Costa's are expecting baby number 2!

 Which means Matthew will be a big brother. 

In designing the invitations for their baby sprinkle we made sure to include big brother as well as the reason for the baby sprinkle. 

The Theme for the Decor was "A New Little Princess"

While we keep with the basics of pink + white; we also included yellow + purple. 

I really enjoyed making the favors.

We came up with giving Burt Bees Gift Sets. Which included foot cream, hand creams, lip balm, etc. Most importantly were the bracelets incorporated on the ribbons. 

We purchased the bracelets from March of Dimes, which uses the money to fund research and help make babies make it to 39 weeks!

Diaper Cakes | Bolos de Fraldas

They make excellent center pieces at a baby shower, but they also prove to be quite useful later on down the road. Something all parents can be grateful for when that time comes! Did you know that diaper cakes were invented in 1988 by a lady named Jennifer Steadman in the UK!

Baby Matthew's Baptism | Batismo do Matthew

On January 7th, 2012 Baby Matthew was baptized at 

Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Queens Village, NY followed by the reception at Floral Terrace.

The color scheme throughout the baptism was obviously white with contrast colors of gold and light blue. Oh So Elegant Celebrations had the pleasure of creating the menus, place cards, as well as decorating the Moet Chandon Champagne bottles favors.

No dia 07 de janeiro de 2012 o Bebê Matthew foi batizado na Igreja de

Nossa Senhora de Lourdes em Queens Village, Nova Iorque seguido por a recepção no Floral Terrace

O esquema de cores no batismo era, obviamente, branco com cores de contraste de dourado e azul claro. Oh So Elegant Celebrations teve o prazer de criar os menus, cartões do lugar, e também decorar as garrafas de Moet Chandon Champagne como lembranças.
